(More customer reviews)I bought this they have some different models available,mine was a ST06 and the specific software for GM it kind of works, but haslots of errors they sent me new software and told me they had some problems with Gm but myself and 2 full time mechanics and their tech support on 2 different brand laptops an Acer laptop and an HP laptop, on a Dell PC, as well onan HP PC,using all thesedifferent computers are unable to get it to work as good as they described ,
I called them numerous times was repeatedly disconnectedeach time I talked to one particular tech they have, andanother one told me I was just trying to make him mad because I was not happy about their product, not working as they describe.
The st06 they sent,will not read, all the sensors on my Duramax , it is not inany way equaled only by Dealerships as they describe, in my opinionmore like a cheap code reader, with manufacturer specific, an old ancient snap-on scanner reads much better, using a different unit from a different manufacturer I can read tons more sensors,I emailed themthehistory and were supposed to call me back, with a solution, that has not happened maybe you will be lucky or maybe you won't. .I feel like the support there is trying to figure outhow to make it work but the engineers have not quite grasped the program to make it work
(I ordered the item they told me to order)a Proline ST06 , Enhanced GM softare to cover the vehicles we own, I emailed them a complete list of ourvehicles,as well as we are planning to buy a new Ford Dually soon,I orderedtheir proline scanner and the gm enhanced software instructed by them for me to order they do work some in my opinionis not comparable to a real scanner .

With our proprietary logging methods you can log up to nine sensors with 1ms of accuracy. Whether you logged in XML or CSV, you have the ability to playback and view your logs offline.With AutoEnginuity's ScanTool you have the ability to view all 11 of the inspection/maintenance system tests. These system tests can also be used to determine if the work performed fixed the problem or whether the vehicle will pass your local OBD-II-based emissions tests. Should a system test fail, you can see individual component results (Mode 6) fully translated and the data results scaled per the manufacturer's own specifications.
