(More customer reviews) This product could have been so great with only a little extra trouble. They just scanned a factory service manual and made a pdf file out of it. The resolution isn't great and half the text isn't even recognized or searchible in Acrobat. They didn't even take the trouble to number the freaken pages to reflect the numbering system in the book. And since the text isn't recognized you can't even run a search for the page number. It's nice that Chrysler gave a retarded person the employment opportunity to make this PDF but it produced a really pathetic product.
Since the page numbers aren't available for searching and the bookmarks only cover the chapter name and THAT'S IT, you're forced to scroll through the whole manual looking for your page. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack. After scrolling you have to wait for the page to build before you can tell which way to continue scrolling. Pathetic! An electronic copy like this should be easier and faster to use than a hardcopy manual but since this piece of garbage was produced so pathetically, a hardcopy manual would be vastly easier to use. I recommend that anyone who wants a copy of this manual, try to get a hard copy.
Am I going to keep the manual? Yes. While it's totally pathetic, it is very slightly better than nothing. I may go to kinkos and just have the darn thing printed to hard copy. That will make it vastly easier to use.
