(More customer reviews)It has many good features. The customer support for the manufacture is very substandard. You will notice that it has a USB port as well as SD card reader, these serve no purpose according to the people at Hypertech. The manual says you can use them to trasfer data from the Hyperpac to a computer useing there Propac software the only problem is the Propac software was never actually realeased so you can't even use it according to Hypertech support.
